Edward E. Herbein, 75

Edward E. Herbein, 75, formerly of Oley Valley, passed away Monday, January 16, 2017. Born in Reading, PA, he was the son of the late Earl and Margaret (Peifer) Herbein. He was the husband of the late Alberta (Manmiller) Herbein.
He is survived by his children: Bob Herbein, of Collegeville, Mark Herbein (Barb) of Pottstown, Peter Herbein (Kristin) of Wyomissing and Ann Frymoyer (Greg) of Reading. He is also survived by his sister, Linda Biehn (Joe) of Fleetwood. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren and 5 nieces and nephews.
Edward was employed by Maier’s Bakery his entire life. He enjoyed his participation in the church and was a Rector until he retired in 2006. He loved serving people and was an avid Philadelphia sports enthusiast. In his free time, Ed enjoyed golfing and participating in sports with his children.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11AM on Saturday, January 21, 2017 New Apostolic Church , 8 Limerick Center Rd, Royersford, PA 19468. Family and Friends will be received 9AM to 10:45AM prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to NAC USA Development LLC c\o Mark Herbein, 1551 Glenmar Dr., Pottstown, PA 19465.
